Notes: An extremely rare and highly sought after vintage Patagonia Reversible Pile Glissade Pullover from F/W 1992 in amazing very lightly worn like-new preowned condition.
“The Glissades' reversibility has earned them an honored spot in our standard outfit for travel. Warm, quarter-inch pile (84% post-consumer recycled) on one side and 1.5oz. ripstop nylon on the other can be reversed in the face of quirky weather conditions. When the Glissades are turned pile-side out, they're not excessively warm. Wearing them this way (ripstop-side in), provides slippery ease over underlayers. Worn ripstop-side out, the Glissades are warmer: the pile traps warm air in its fleece, and the shell repels wind and light drizzle. The Cardigan has a fully-separating , reversible front zipper with double, snap-down wind flaps. Two zippered handwarmer pockets are on the ripstop side; the pile side has one zippered chest pocket and two zippered handwarmer pockets. The Pullover has a deep, reversible front zipper. Its pile side has one zippered chest pocket and two zippered handwarmer pockets. The rip-stop side has a zippered kangaroo pocket. Made in USA” (Patagonia, Fall 1994).
