Refund policy
Non-EU Returns will be accepted only for store credit within 14 days of receipt.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All returns must be authorised via email prior to shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order, if shipped separately), without giving any reason.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at info@oldschooloutdoor.com or through your account at oldschooloutdoor.com/account. Your notification must clearly state your decision to withdraw.
Returning your items After notifying us, you must return the items within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We may deduct from your refund if items show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to assess their condition.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
