Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. All orders ship from the United States and tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping (USA)

Shipped via USPS or UPS. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

International shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS and UPS. International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) — customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Failed delivery

International orders that fail to deliver due to an incomplete or inadequate shipping address are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure your address is correct and complete at checkout.

Customs & duties refusal

International orders refused by the customer due to unpaid customs charges, duties, or import fees are not eligible for a refund. By placing an international order you accept responsibility for all applicable fees upon delivery.

Every order is shipped in 100% biodegradable packaging. Every delivery is carbon neutral in partnership with Grassroots Carbon and DroneSeed.

Returns

Non-EU return window

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a return.

Eligibility

The item must be in the same condition as received. The return must be approved via email prior to shipping.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom or personalized items and personal care goods are also non-returnable.

How to initiate a return

Contact us at info@oldschooloutdoor.com or through our Contact page to request approval before sending any item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EU Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right

Contact us before the 14-day period expires at info@oldschooloutdoor.com. Your notification must clearly state your decision to withdraw.

Returning your items

After notifying us, you must return the items within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

EU refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@oldschooloutdoor.com. We may deduct from your refund if items show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to assess their condition.

EU exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items made to your specifications, or sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
