“Soft, lightweight and warm, the Puffball adds warmth to any layering system, with one serious advantage: It retains its insulative qualities when wet. The slick polyester shell and ripstop nylon lining slide easily over or under layers. The Puffball stuffs into its right pocket and takes up little room in your pack. Imported. FABRIC: 2.3-oz. mini-ripstop polyester shell and 1.7oz. ripstop nylon liner; DWR (durable water repellent) finish. Insulation: 100-g Thermolite® Micro” (Patagonia, Winter 2002).
