What can I send in?
We accept any lightly-worn outdoor gear in line with the inventory we carry. Although we specialize in Patagonia, we also sell LL Bean, The North Face, Arc'teryx, Nike ACG, Columbia Sportswear, and more.
What condition do my items need to be in to be accepted?
Please carefully inspect your garments for damage and remove anything in pockets before sending them in. Please clean your items to make it easier for us to quickly process and post them for sale on our website.
We do not accept heavily damaged items with holes, broken zippers, delamination, material "bubbling," heavy debris, scuffs, scratches, fading, or singed areas. Fleece items with excessive pilling or heavy matting and down items with significant down loss or compressed insulation may also be ineligible. We do not accept customized items with embroidery or corporate logos. Items with heavy discoloration or severe sun fading may not be accepted.
Please remove pet hair before sending in your garments. A $10 cleaning fee will be added if needed.
How long will you list my item for?
We will post your items for sale on our website for 90 days. If your item has not sold after 90 days, you can choose to either extend the listing period or have the items returned to you.
