“The Work Horse. This is the classic Patagonia Synchilla Jacket, beloved by friend and imitator alike. Made from original-weight Synchilla fleece, the Jacket has ample pocket space, flat-stitched seams, Supplex®-lined stand-up collar and nylon/Lycra® cuffs. Capilene® mesh lines the zippered handwarmer pockets. The Men’s version has a slightly oversized cut; the Women’s fit is contoured to the feminine form: the slightly dropped tail won’t ride up and protects the small of your back from cold blasts” (Patagonia, Spring 1998).
