The collar is two layers deep to give it substance; all seams are cover-stitched; plastic snaps set in a taffeta placket open for ventilation or snap shut all the way to the top of the turtleneck. The cuffs and waistband are 1’ x 1” rib knit. We’ve used it skiing under an Alpine or Featherweight Shell, bicycling, and as a general purpose warm-up.
